Josephine Mining Corp.’s (“JMC” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: JMC) principle focus is the engineering design, permitting, construction and operation of advanced stage mineral projects, particularly precious metal and copper deposits in North America and abroad.

Josephine Mining Corp (TSX.V: JMC) is actively engaged in developing the Turner Gold Project in SW Oregon. Turner is a substantially drilled advanced stage Au/Cu - VMS deposit, with a 43-101 Preliminary Economic Assessment updated in March 2010 with a fast track development plan underway and production targeted for 2014. JMC has begun a 12 hole in – fill drill program designed to increase the current mineral resource value. JMC has a proven experienced management team focused on near term value creation to maximize shareholder value.

The deposit is a massive sulfide deposit to be mined by underground mining methods to produce concentrates of gold, copper, zinc, silver, and potentially cobalt. Most of the mineralization is amenable to flotation to produce three concentrates: 1) a copper concentrate, 2) a zinc concentrate and 3) a gold concentrate. Environmental engineering and metallurgical studies were started in 2010 and are on-going with a Preliminary Feasibility Study to be completed Q4, 2011. Diamond drilling and geologic data is planned for Q2 and Q3, 2011.

Josephine Mining Corp. continues to grow and search for substantive advanced stage projects to compliment the Turner Project, we are also pursuing exploration projects.
